Cirebon Djalapaksinews<\/strong> — Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polresta Cirebon berhasil mengungkap tiga kasus peredaran sediaan farmasi tanpa izin di wilayah hukum Kabupaten Cirebon dalam kurun waktu satu malam, yakni pada Kamis, 9 April 2026. Dari operasi tersebut, petugas mengamankan tiga orang tersangka beserta ribuan butir obat keras terbatas dan uang tunai jutaan rupiah.<\/p>\n

\u200bKapolresta Cirebon, Kombes Pol Imara Utama, S.H, S.I.K., M.H., menyatakan bahwa penangkapan itu merupakan komitmen jajaran Polresta Cirebon dalam melindungi masyarakat, khususnya generasi muda, dari penyalahgunaan obat keras Ilegal.\"\"<\/p>\n

Menurutnya, operasi dilakukan di tiga lokasi berbeda yakni Susukan, Gempol, dan Pabedilan. Adapun \u200btersangka berinisial HS (29) ditangkap di rumahnya pada pukul 18.00 WIB. Petugas menemukan 525 butir Tramadol dan uang tunai Rp400.000. Sedangkan tersangka A (22) diamankan di pinggir jalan raya Pantura depan Alfamart Desa Gempol pada pukul 20.00 WIB.\"\"<\/p>\n

Pihaknya menyita 465 butir Trihexyphenidyl dan 100 butir Tramadol. Selain itu, tersangka AMM (31) ditangkap di halaman rumahnya pada pukul 21.30 WIB. Dari tangan tersangka, petugas menyita 89 butir Tramadol, 41 butir Trihexyphenidyl, serta uang tunai yang diduga hasil penjualan sebesar Rp8.250.000.\"\"<\/p>\n

“\u200bTotal barang bukti yang berhasil diamankan dari ketiga tersangka meliputi 714 butir Tramadol, \u200b506 butir Trihexyphenidyl, \u200bUang tunai total senilai Rp8.730.000, \u200bTiga unit telepon genggam milik para tersangka yang digunakan untuk transaksi,” katanya, Jumat (10\/4\/2026).

\n\u200bSaat ini, ketiga tersangka beserta barang bukti telah diamankan di Mapolresta Cirebon untuk menjalani proses hukum lebih lanjut. Ketiga tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 435 jo Pasal 436 ayat (1) dan (2) UU RI No. 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan, sebagaimana telah diubah dalam UU RI No. 1 Tahun 2026 tentang Penyesuaian Pidana.<\/p>\n

\u200bKapolresta mengimbau kepada masyarakat untuk tetap waspada dan segera melaporkan kepada pihak kepolisian apabila melihat,mengetahui atau mencurigai adanya aktivitas peredaran obat keras ilegal di lingkungan sekitar.\"\"<\/p>\n

Pihaknya memastikan, jajaran Polresta Cirebon tidak akan berhenti memberantas kasus peredaran gelap dan penyalahgunaan narkoba maupun obat keras ilegal lainnya di wilayah Kabupaten Cirebon.<\/p>\n

“Kami juga meminta peran aktif masyarakat Kabupaten Cirebon untuk segera melaporkan tindak kejahatan yang mengganggu situasi kamtibmas maupun tindak kejahatan narkoba melalui Layanan Call Center 110 Polresta Cirebon.
