CIREBON<\/strong> \u2013 DjalapaksiNews<\/span> Kapolresta Cirebon Kombes Pol Imara Utama, S.H., S.I.K., M.H. menjadi narasumber dalam kegiatan Penerangan Hukum bagi Kepala Sekolah di lingkungan Musyawarah Kerja Kepala Sekolah (MKKS) SMP Negeri Kabupaten Cirebon, yang dilaksanakan pada Rabu, 14 Januari 2026, bertempat di SMP Negeri 1 Beber, Jalan Raya Beber No. 215, Desa Beber, Kecamatan Beber, Kabupaten Cirebon.<\/p>\n

Kegiatan ini merupakan bagian dari upaya pembinaan dan penguatan pemahaman hukum bagi para kepala sekolah dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya di lingkungan satuan pendidikan. Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut Kapolresta Cirebon Kombes Pol Imara Utama, Kasat Reskrim Polresta Cirebon Kompol I Putu Ika Prabawa Kartima Utama, S.I.K., Kapolsek Beber AKP Mokhamad Yusuf Ariandi, S.H., PS. Kasi Humas Polresta Cirebon IPDA Ivan Arief Munandar, S.Kom., Kanit Provos IPDA Feri, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Cirebon H. Ronianto, S.Pd., M.M., Ketua MKKS SMP Kabupaten Cirebon H. Asup Suparlan, M.Pd., serta seluruh Kepala SMP Negeri se-Kabupaten Cirebon.<\/p>\n

Rangkaian kegiatan diawali dengan pembukaan, menyanyikan lagu kebangsaan Indonesia Raya, doa, sambutan-sambutan, pendalaman materi penerangan hukum, sesi tanya jawab, dan diakhiri dengan penutup.\"\"<\/p>\n

Dalam sambutannya, Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Cirebon H. Ronianto, S.Pd., M.M. menyampaikan apresiasi atas kehadiran Kapolresta Cirebon dalam kegiatan pembinaan rutin bulanan tersebut. Ia berharap arahan dan bimbingan yang diberikan dapat menjadi pedoman bagi para kepala sekolah dalam menghadapi berbagai persoalan hukum di lingkungan sekolah.<\/p>\n

\u201cPada kesempatan ini kami mohon arahan dari Bapak Kapolresta terkait potensi pelanggaran hukum di sekolah, agar para kepala sekolah dapat melaksanakan tugasnya dengan sebaik-baiknya,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n

Sementara itu, Kapolresta Cirebon Kombes Pol Imara Utama dalam pemaparannya menegaskan pentingnya sinergi antara Polri dan Dinas Pendidikan dalam menciptakan lingkungan pendidikan yang aman dan kondusif. Ia menyampaikan bahwa komunikasi yang baik menjadi kunci utama dalam menyelesaikan berbagai permasalahan yang muncul di lapangan.<\/p>\n

\u201cKami siap mendukung apa yang dikerjakan oleh bapak dan ibu kepala sekolah. Silakan berkomunikasi dan berbagi, jangan sampai tugas pendidikan terganggu oleh hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan,\u201d tegasnya.<\/p>\n

Kapolresta juga menekankan bahwa program Police Go To School merupakan wujud komitmen Polri dalam mengawal dan mendukung proses pendidikan generasi muda sebagai penerus bangsa.\"\"<\/p>\n

Pada kesempatan yang sama, Kasat Reskrim Polresta Cirebon Kompol I Putu Ika Prabawa Kartima Utama memaparkan sejumlah permasalahan hukum yang kerap terjadi di lingkungan sekolah, seperti kenakalan remaja, geng motor, perundungan, hingga potensi tindak pidana pelecehan seksual dan penyalahgunaan obat-obatan terlarang. Ia mengimbau para kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan pembinaan dan pengawasan terhadap peserta didik sebagai langkah pencegahan sejak dini.<\/p>\n

Melalui kegiatan penerangan hukum ini, diharapkan para kepala sekolah SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Cirebon semakin memahami aspek hukum yang berkaitan dengan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya, mampu mencegah terjadinya pelanggaran hukum di lingkungan sekolah, serta meningkatkan kesadaran hukum seluruh warga sekolah guna mewujudkan iklim pendidikan yang aman, tertib, dan berlandaskan hukum.<\/p>\n
