Cirebon Djalapaksinews<\/strong> — Satuan Reserse Narkoba Polresta Cirebon kembali mengungkap kasus peredaran obat keras tanpa izin. Seorang pria berinisial AS (22) diamankan saat membawa puluhan butir obat keras di wilayah Kecamatan Greged, Kabupaten Cirebon.<\/p>\n

Kapolresta Cirebon, Kombes Pol Imara Utama, S.H.,S.I.K.,M.H. mengatakan penangkapan dilakukan pada Sabtu (2\/5\/2026) sekitar pukul 22.00 WIB di pinggir jalan Desa Gumulung Lebak.<\/p>\n

\u201cPetugas mengamankan satu orang tersangka berikut barang bukti obat keras tanpa izin edar,\u201d ujar Imara dalam keterangannya, Minggu (3\/5\/2026).<\/p>\n

Dari hasil penggeledahan, polisi menemukan 60 tablet Trihexyphenidyl dan 45 tablet Tramadol yang disimpan dalam tas selempang hitam.\"\"<\/p>\n

Selain itu, turut diamankan uang hasil penjualan sebesar Rp245 ribu, satu unit handphone, serta sepeda motor yang digunakan tersangka.<\/p>\n

Berdasarkan hasil pemeriksaan awal, tersangka mengaku memperoleh obat keras tersebut dari seseorang berinisial R yang kini masih dalam pengejaran petugas. Obat-obatan itu rencananya akan diedarkan kembali tanpa izin.<\/p>\n

\u201cSeluruh barang bukti beserta tersangka sudah diamankan untuk proses hukum lebih lanjut,\u201d kata Kombes Pol Imara.<\/p>\n

Atas perbuatannya, tersangka dijerat Pasal 435 dan\/atau Pasal 436 Undang-Undang Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan sebagaimana telah diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun 2026 tentang Penyesuaian Pidana.<\/p>\n
