Cirebon Djalapaksinews<\/strong> –\u200bSatuan Reserse Kriminal (Satreskrim) Polresta Cirebon berhasil meringkus seorang pria berinisial LA (37) yang merupakan buron atau Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO) kasus pencurian dengan pemberatan (curat). Penangkapan ini merupakan bagian dari pelaksanaan Operasi Jaran Lodaya 2026 yang digencarkan jajaran kepolisian.<\/p>\n

\u200bTersangka ditangkap di kediamannya di Desa Banjarwangunan, Kecamatan Mundu, Kabupaten Cirebon, pada Jumat (29\/5\/2026) sekitar pukul 14.30 WIB. Penangkapan tersebut dipimpin langsung oleh Kanit Tekab Satreskrim Polresta Cirebon, Ipda Roni Cainudin, S.H.<\/p>\n

\u200bKapolresta Cirebon Kombes Pol Imara Utama, S.H., S.I.K., M.H., menjelaskan bahwa kasus ini berawal dari aksi pembobolan rumah milik korban bernama Tuti Angraeni di Desa Kecomberan, Kecamatan Talun, pada Senin, 21 April 2025 silam. Dalam aksi tersebut, para pelaku berhasil membawa kabur satu unit sepeda motor Honda Vario dan sebuah telepon genggam dengan total kerugian korban mencapai Rp21.800.000,-.<\/p>\n

\u200b”Satu rekan pelaku berinisial YS (26) sudah lebih dulu diamankan dan sedang menjalani proses hukum. Berdasarkan hasil pengembangan dan penyelidikan mendalam terhadap DPO, tim di lapangan mendapatkan informasi keberadaan tersangka LA di rumahnya dan langsung melakukan penangkapan,” ujar Kombes Pol Imara Utama, Senin (1\/6\/2026).<\/p>\n

\u200bModus operandi yang digunakan para pelaku saat beraksi adalah dengan memanfaatkan pintu rumah korban yang hanya diikat seutas tali. Pelaku kemudian masuk ke dalam rumah, mengambil kunci kontak yang diletakkan di dekat jendela, serta menggasak tas berisi telepon genggam milik korban sebelum membawa lari sepeda motor yang terparkir di dalam rumah.<\/p>\n

\u200bDari pengungkapan kasus curat ini, pihak kepolisian berhasil mengamankan sejumlah barang bukti penting, di antaranya, \u200bhandphone yang disita dari tersangka LA, sepeda motor yang digunakan sebagai sarana kejahatan, handphone beserta kotak kemasannya milik korban, \u200b2 buah tas selempang, \u200b1 set kunci Y beserta anak kunci, obeng, dan kunci L yang diduga digunakan untuk membobol target, \u200bserta lainnya.<\/p>\n

\u200bTersangka LA kini telah dijebloskan ke sel tahanan Mapolresta Cirebon guna menjalani pemeriksaan lanjutan. Atas perbuatannya, tersangka dijerat dengan Pasal 477 UU No 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP. Satreskrim Polresta Cirebon juga tengah berkoordinasi dengan Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) dan mencari kemungkinan adanya keterlibatan barang bukti lain dalam jaringan ini.
