CIREBON DjalapaksiNews<\/strong> –\u200bPolresta Cirebon kembali menunjukkan ketegasannya dalam memberantas peredaran gelap narkotika dan obat keras terbatas (OKT) tanpa izin. Dalam sebuah operasi maraton yang dilancarkan pada Senin (3\/8\/2026), petugas sukses membongkar empat simpul jaringan pengedar lokal di wilayah Susukan, Weru, dan Plered, serta menyita ribuan butir obat keras siap edar.\"\"<\/p>\n

\u200bOperasi diawali dengan penggerebekan di wilayah Kecamatan Susukan pada pukul 13.00 WIB. Petugas meringkus Y di sebuah rumah di wilayah Kecamatan Susukan, Kabupaten Cirebon. Dari tangan pelaku, polisi mengamankan 80 butir pil Tramadol yang disembunyikan secara unik di dalam bohlam lampu, uang tunai Rp600.000 hasil penjualan, serta satu unit ponsel.\"\"<\/p>\n

Berdasarkan hasil interogasi, tersangka Y mengaku mendapatkan obat keras tersebut dari seorang pemasok berinisial MAP. Petugas Bergerak cepat melakukan pengembangan, pada pukul 14.00 WIB petugas langsung menggerebek kediaman MAP (28) yang juga berada di wilayah Kecamatan Susukan, Kabupaten Cirebon.\"\"<\/p>\n

Dari lokasi kedua ini, petugas membongkar tempat penyimpanan barang haram yang jauh lebih besar dan menyita 1.400 butir Tramadol, 1.506 butir Trihexyphenidyl, uang tunai Rp400.000, dua unit ponsel, serta dua paket narkotika jenis sabu seberat 0,36 gram yang disembunyikan dalam kotak perhiasan merah. Tersangka MAP mengaku memperoleh pasokan obat dari seorang bandar berinisial J yang kini Masih dalam Pengembangan<\/p>\n

\u200bTak berhenti di situ, penyisiran dilanjutkan ke wilayah Kecamatan Weru pada sore harinya. Sekira pukul 16.45 WIB, petugas mengamankan AJ di rumahnya yang berada di Kecamatan Weru, Kabupaten Cirebon. Polisi juga menyita barang bukti berupa 62 butir Trihexyphenidyl, 33 tablet Tramadol, uang tunai Rp55.000, serta dua bungkus bekas rokok yang dijadikan wadah penyimpanan.<\/p>\n

Tersangka AJ mengaku mendapatkan pasokan obat terlarang tersebut dari seorang pengedar di wilayah Plered.\u200bMerespons keterangan tersebut, petugas langsung bergerak cepat ke lokasi sasaran. Pada pukul 17.45 WIB, petugas membekuk RR (27) di tempat tinggalnya di wilayah Kecamatan Plered, Kabupaten Cirebon.<\/p>\n

Dari tangan RR, petugas mengamankan 273 butir Trihexyphenidyl, 33 tablet Tramadol, uang tunai Rp200.000 hasil transaksi, satu unit ponsel. Tersangka RR membeberkan bahwa pasokan obat keras yang dijualnya diperoleh dari seorang penyuplai berinisial R yang kini juga masuk dalam perburuan petugas<\/p>\n

\u200bKapolresta Cirebon Kombes Pol. Imara Utama, S.H., S.I.K., M.H., menegaskan bahwa operasi penindakan serentak ini merupakan komitmen nyata kepolisian dalam melindungi masyarakat, khususnya generasi muda, dari bahaya penyalahgunaan narkotika dan obat keras terbatas yang beredar secara ilegal.<\/p>\n

“Polresta Cirebon tidak akan memberikan ruang gerak sedikit pun bagi para pelaku yang nekat merusak kesehatan dan masa depan warga dengan mengedarkan narkoba maupun obat keras tanpa izin. Kami akan terus mengejar seluruh jaringan penyuplai hingga ke akar-akarnya,” katanya, Rabu (5\/8\/2026).<\/p>\n

\u200bKeempat tersangka beserta seluruh barang bukti kini telah ditahan di Mapolresta Cirebon guna menjalani pemeriksaan lebih lanjut. Atas perbuatannya, tersangka AJ, Y, dan RR dijerat dengan Pasal 435 dan\/atau Pasal 436 ayat (1) dan (2) Undang-Undang RI Nomor 17 Tahun 2023 tentang Kesehatan sebagaimana telah diubah dalam UU RI Nomor 1 Tahun 2026 tentang Penyesuaian Pidana, dengan ancaman hukuman penjara maksimal 12 tahun.<\/p>\n

Sementara tersangka MAP dijerat dengan pasal berlapis terkait pengedaran obat keras terbatas serta kepemilikan narkotika jenis sabu sebagaimana diatur dalam UU Kesehatan dan Pasal 609 ayat (1) huruf a UU RI Nomor 1 Tahun 2023 tentang KUHP jo UU RI Nomor 1 Tahun 2026.
